    Hey Baba, I just posted this on the Linden blog, wonder whether it will be shown ... Arahan Claveau Says: Your comment is awaiting moderation. September 20th, 2006 at 5:43 AM Can anyone from Linden Lab explain why one of the most creative and innovative groups in Second Life has been wiped out of existence? Fans of the remarkable creativity on display at Satyr will be disturbed to learn that as of yesterday the sim has been deleted from the grid and the majority of members of Voted 5 permanently banned. I suspect that as with the closure of the forums this is about silencing anyone that challenges or questions the authority and actions of Linden Lab. Who’s next?

Banned for causing *literal damage measured in the hundreds if not thousands of US dollars for denial-of-service attacks and property damage inside the virtual world*. Why is that so hard to understand, and why must you cover these facts up with hype about “art”?

    Griefers never understand why the people being griefed hate them so much.  It's like smokers not understanding why non-smokers are so disgusted by them.  What?  I was just having a lark.  It's not like I'm doing anything more than messing with pixels, right?  You should enjoy my mischevious creativity as much as I am! All I can say is that if you know you're in a group that does griefing as a group activity and group agenda, you deserve what you get.

    Gene Replacement was a dick to people, even to the people he ruled over in Voted 5. I'm glad he's gone and I hope he stays gone. But I am sure he will be back to shit up the other Goon areas as soon as he can.
